Hi Isaac -
In your screenshot, you are using the menu item: General Ledger > Inquiries and Reports > Trial Balance
This is kindof an interactive TB embedded in the UI, and as Raj mentions, can be exported to excel.
But, maybe want you want is this: General Ledger > Inquiries and Reports > Financial Reports
This area is intended for designing kindof "official" financial reports, of the type you might then normally print and archive as part of a period ending process, or for distribution as point-in-time records. The reports configured and designed here are meant to be very printable, very regular/reproducible, also very traditional...they are for reference more than maybe the interactive analysis the "modern" world is more used to with PowerBI and such. These are close in concept to paginated reports in PowerBI.
You may already have a Trial Balance report set up there (there should normally be some default report formats, or your org may have some customized ones), in which case you can run it, and when you choose the option to print, it will generate a PDF. You'll likely want to force it to fit to page and consider the layout.
If your company does not already have reports set up there, you would need to use report designer to design one...clicking "New" or "Edit" would fire off report designer, depending on your organization's security settings, browser settings, etc.
