Without setting up some kind of website and server that you upload data to, No. However, you can install a remote control program such as remote desktop, log me in, teamviewer and connect to the desktop from your phone.

You can create the view page from mobile app.

You may configure it as per the tutorial and customize if it is not enough your requirement.
