Saved view suddenly disappeared when using Internet Explorer

Hi , 

Wondering if someone can help me at all. 

I have CRM 2015 V7.0.1.129 and I am using IE 11 v11.0.9600

Every time a user tries to View there saved views within the advance find options with CRM.  It doesnt display them, the view is empty. It does work in Chrome however. I have tried resetting the browser but it still doesnt work. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

    This seems to be related to a recent IE issue which occurred post an IE update.

    There seems to have been some hotfixes released by IE for some recent version of Windows, which seems to address this issue.

    Based on the version of your OS you can download and install these patches to fix the issue at hand.

    Windows 10

    (OS version OS Version 14393.X):

    (OS Version 10586.X)

    (OS Version 10240.X)

    support.microsoft.com/.../4016637

    IE11 on Windows 8.1, 7 SP1, Server 2008 R2 and Server 2012 R2

    I had that same issue today and an issue where the search results of an advanced find showed a very small window. The issue for us was Windows update KB4012204, after uninstalling it and rebooting my advanced find was back to normal.

    Hi ECG,

    I don't appear to have that update installed, I only have KB4012216? So I don't think it could be that?

    Thanks for you reply.

    I had a look at the bottom link as I have server 2012r2 but the update suggests it relates to KB 4013073 , again I don't have that update on the server.

    Any more ideas??

    We continued to have issues until we uninstalled KB4012204 as well as KB4012215. I think KB4012215 and KB4012216 are the same for different versions of Windows.

    Our new resolution was to keep all of the Windows updates and apply this patch that Microsoft came out with. KB4016446
