Hi, good day Dynamics 365 CRM community.
I am new in this forum as well as new in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 products.
There is a need to implement a CRM module where the main use is to manage opportunities, lead, and customer invoices.
Did have a look in some tutorial and it it recommended to use the Dynamics 365 Sales to achieve the requirement but not really get the one that I need.
As the current license plan I use are include Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (haven't got it installed and used yet), appreciate if anyone can advise of the following:
- Is the Dynamics 365 Sales module include in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement?
- If so, then is the Dynamics 365 Sales license are included in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement too? I mean no need to purchase separate license of those 2 modules?
- Is there any available user manual document of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Dynamics 365 Sales that I can use and refer for implementation please?
Any advises are highly appreciated.
