Dynamic Marketing Segment is not getting Updated

Hello Everyone,

I am facing the issue the marketing dynamic segment is not updating, and the filter is picking wrong records

    @Fariha Asmat,

    you haven't given us enough information to be able to help.

    - What's the type of segment? Behavioural, or Demographic, etc..

    - How long did you give it before you were expecting it would refresh?

    - What did you expect to see vs what did it actually do?

    Hi Dilyana,

    It's Demographic dynamic segment and it's been 5 days I'm waiting for the segment members to get updated. Actually I'm using the custom activity type entity in the filteration, according to my filter it should show me the only one member but its showing me 9. I have created multiple segments with same filter but all shows 9 members. I have tried the same filter criteria on Dynamic marketing list the marketing list shows me the correct count of members that is 1. There is something wrong with just segments.
