Permissions to execute Distribution Schedule

User needs to send packages to stores via Retail => Periodic Activities => Data Distribution => Distribution Schedule.
He is currently the Administrator of Ax. When we take it out of this function, packages are not sent.
When removing the Admin permission, basically, what happens is the following:

1) The process is created in Batch Jobs.
2) Apparently runs ok
3) The record in the Download Sessions is created
4) At this moment, the amount of generated lines is zero.
5) After a few minutes, the registration is automatically deleted from the Download Sessions.

When placing the user again as Ax Administrator, in item "4" the lines for sending to the store are normally generated.

The user must not be an Administrator due to the company's security policies, but he must perform this operation.

Does anyone have any idea, that can help me, what privileges or rules to perform this operation?

    Hello ToddB.

    Thanks for the answer.

I was doing some tests with the permissions but it is very laborious even considering the difficulty of executing the Distribution Schedules whenever the permissions are changed.

But talking to those responsible here at the company, it really seems to be the best way to solve the problem.

    Hi Dmaack,

Given the path mentioned when getting to the jobs, this is an AX 2012 R3 environment.

There is not an out of the box role that is going to provide what you are looking for.

I would recommend looking at all the scheduler subjobs; and create a role that grants at least read permission to all tables associated with the standard subjobs and full control of the tables associated to the subjobs used by the P job.
