Does anyone know how to create like a batch number for a product?
I have RMS and with some of the products I am selling I will need a new batch number for every new palette of stock I get. Eg: If I get 10 palettes of dog food today I need to create a event where quantity 1-100 will be batch 12345 and then when I hit 101 that the previous formula would shut itself down and the new item (batch 678910) would take over and so on? Almost like a tag-along item that would cancel itself out when it hits 100 and then a new tag along item would automatically take over?
I hope I am explaining myself ok, I know what I'm trying to do but not sure how to describe it!
