AR Customer Deleting

I am wanting to delete AR Customers. I have deleted all the history but it still states that transactions exist for the customer. What history am I missing. Also, is there an easy way to delete all history without having to go back into utilities all the time.

Hi Linda

Have you considered looking at archiving instead? PA has an archiving tool that will move the data from production into an archive database. This deletes the data from production, but still has it available.

It has data integrity stuff built into it so that you can't end up moving or deleting something that is still open.

It seems to me it is a much easier option than working through all the potential issues with using the GP remove data tools.

Just a thought.
