Hi,
We are currently looking at automating some of our manual processes and one of them is user to worker mapping.
Does any one have any suggestions or can share how you manage it for your company?
Ideally we are looking not to use any external apps.

Hi Kinga,
Within Dynamics 365 Human Resources, there is no automation possible. There is one option to use Microsoft Power Automate to find users without a user to worker mapping. Then based on some logic, try to match them. However, how do you link them? Based on an email address? A name might not be unique.
You might want use User request workflow for this purpose.
In the Human resources there is an option for a HR manager to request user access to the system. For that the User request workflow can be used.
