Problems with the Business Central app

Using the BC app, sometimes the screen will say the page is having a problem, and to try later or to refresh the page as a way to troubleshoot. The Error code: Out of Memory is displayed, but how can I prevent this from happening? My computer runs windows 10 pro.

Is it SaaS or on-premise? Does it happen to all users? When a particular report or process is executed?

I think the out of memory error code related to your system configuration.

Does this problem occur with browsers (New Edge or Chrome)? It is not clear whether you are using the On-Pre version. If so, please pay attention to the memory size of the server.

BC has a feature called Retention policy which enable BC to keep data for predefined period of time. You could check if you could change to shorter period to release some space and see if other features like change log takes up storage.

otherwise, you could have an admin to check your storage usage and may buy more storage
