Outlook Client Errors

On 3 seperate computers, the outlook clients are giving an error dialog with the following information in it. How can I find the cause of these?

    When are you getting these error messages? Is there a certain step you are doing when this error appears?

    Hi Aaron

    Interesting timing on your response. I found and fixed the issue on the 3 workstations just this morning. I was a cookie in the temporary internet files, I forget the specific name, something to the effect of Office14/Outlook/Client..........,  Deleted it and the errors stopped and it fixed another issue where the Help:About CRM was still showing the old CRM 4.0 version of the client even though the CRM2011 Client was installed.
