Hello,

Is it possible to change the "Project stage" for multiple projects simultaneously? Currently, we can change one project at a time. If multiple projects are selected, the icon "Project stage" becomes unavailable. The module I am using is: xxx/Project management and accounting/Common/Projects/All projects. We have two project stages set up: In process, Finished.

I need to change the Project Stage as bulk for multiple ProjectId ,

So can please tell me which method is correct solution for this requirement , (like as batchjob or Data Entity ) , because I am not able to get it for multiple Project Id to change the ProjectStage From "Created" to "In Process". Because as manual there is user manual popup which is asking to change only for Projects or for subprojects .

Hi Sam D,

Best approach will be creating excel with all the projects and their updated project stage - Create an excel upload class to get the data from excel and mass update all the project id.

You can also use Data entity open in excel to update the project stage.
