Authorization failure on sharepoint online integration to Dynamics 365 online

I have configured this for a week and still no solution on this authorization error.

I have 3 users, one user have O365 roles Service Administrator, User management Administrator, Sharepoint Administrator, and the other 2 user only has role Sharepoint administrator.

I have setup the Dynamics 365 role to system administrator for all of them, and set as owner in sharepoint online, but I still got below error for user who only has role sharepoint administrator. For first user who have 3 roles, is able to upload file to sharepoint online.

"Exception occured while accessing SharePoint: Unhandled Exception: System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized."

Do anyone have experience on setup this integration ? I guess service administrator and user management administrator have no correlation to sharepoint online. I also have filled in the sharepoint email address on systemuser for all of them.

To setup server side integration between CRM and SharePoint online, you need to be a global admin in Office 365. Otherwise it will not work.

any updates on that? above link isn't working. i have crm 2016 on prem, followed steps from docs to integrate it with sharepoint online and still getting 401 unauthorized error while connecting.
