Hi,
Can someone please help. I have an issue with cancelling the credit memo - it is greyed out after requesting approval.
Am I missing something here? Thank you in advance if someone can advise
What is the status on the credit memo?
The Cancel Approval Request action is disabled because the request is already cancelled or approved by the approver and you can confirm this by checking the sales credit memo status it should be open(if the request is cancelled) or released (if it is approved)

Do you have multiple workflows enable for Sales Credit Memo with similar parameters?
Or is there any customization done on workflows?
