Export Excel issue in VHD installed Server (D365 FO)

Hi all,

We are facing an issue while exporting the records after selecting from the front-end (form) of the D365 F&O.

We click on the Export to Excel Download (image 1), it keeps on processing continuously, and if we check in the event viewer, we get the error related to Batch Management (image 2 below).

1. Exporting the selected records from the form

2. Event viewer Error

Any details/suggestion regarding to the issue is really helpful.

Hi Raj,

Is the Dynamics 365 Batch service enabled on your VM or in disabled state? Do you have the same issue in other VMs?

Apart from using Export to Excel.. have you tried to right click on the grid and choose to Export selected records?

Hi @Raj Borad

It would not work on the LAN (but only on home IP address 127.0.0.1), unless you perform some workaround as in this blogpost.
