Carrying on from my previous thread (https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/117/p/306105/884417#884417) I have tracked down the issue and was wondering if anyone has experienced it before.
Two users have an issue that they can track and email in Outlook when its in preview in thier inbox, but if they double click to 'Pop it out' and open in a new window they get a cannot connect to Dynamics 365 Server issue. This only effects two users in Outlook 2016, it works ok for users in 2013. Has this happened to anyone else before and how did you solve it?
If you need logs or anything please let me know!!
