DataMigrationUtility doesn't import all data

I've done several exports and imports with the DataMigrationUtility from our production environment to a development environment. However, on some entities, the tool doesn't import all data and I can't figure out why. As you can see in the following screenshot, in the organisation import, it only imported 3405 of 4236 objects:

I found an article saying that I should navigate within the schema options to Tools --> Configure Import Settings and select a uniqueidentifier, as the name. So I did that, but I still got the same result. I've also checked the state of the organizations and they are all active on prod, so it can't be related to the state.

Does anyone know why the tool doesn't import all the data? Is there any logfile anywhere which can give me more information about that? It also happens with other entities.

There should be a log file under the main window, at the top: Logs > Last Import Log.

Sometimes this can be caused by the related data that is required by the record is missing, aka. orphan records.
