Currency Factor must have value in Purchase Header:

Hello
 
I am getting error while preparing Purchase Order - "Currency Factor must have value in Purchase Header: Document Type = Order,No=PO000188 it can't be zero or empty".
 
But I didn't any currency in vendor card just selected "FOREIGN" for posting details. It worked other vendors and po's same way but not for this.
 
Can anybody help with this.

    Do you have anything in the Currency field of the purchase order? If its not empty then your order is in a foreign currency and you need to specify the fx rates for that currency in the Currencies page.

    Does it include customization? This is a bit strange, I suggest you ask the developer to debug it.

    Try to add a currency in the PO, and then delete it. Must be some kind of glitch. 

    If this doesn't help, then I would say that there is a customization that doesn't properly process all your needed scenarious. Try to uninstall extensions in test environment and see if that helps. If yes, it is just matter of investigation with developer.
