Is it possible to use web scraping with CRM online? I want to scrape mortgage rates, CD rates, etc then have them displayed within the contact form. But before I learn how to do it, I want to make sure it's possible.

Hm?  It was your question.  But the answer is CRM doesn't natively web scrape, but you can send any data you scrape to CRM easily.  So it depends on exactly what you're wanting to get, and how reliable the site is you're pulling from.

He's sent me the same link three times now. It feels like it's a bot for FML Consultants. Wasn't directed at you. I am trying to figure out how to display the results of web scraping within CRM. I understand it's presented in an Excel sheet, but I'd like to figure out how I can display it under a section on a form. Perhaps that will provide a little more clarity.

    Hi,

It is definitely possible, but you need to be more precise.

If you have results in Excel stored somewhere (like OneDrive) you could create flow that would create/update records of your custom entity with the data from the file. This is just one of examples how you could approach the task (and it doesn't require any coding). It has it's downsides but it could be a good starting point in your investigations. Should you need more help or a dedicated solution, feel free to contact me.

This is entirely not possible. But you can use this android app from google play store which can do this task. Link to the app is here: play.google.com/.../details

This app is helpful to generate mortgage leads too.
