1095-C Dependents not showing

Hello Everyone!

We have had payroll and HR installed prior to the addition of the ACA tables for several clients.  We are finding that the UPR00905 and UPR00904 are completely blank even though we have had HR for years.  Does anyone know of any scripts or procedure to populate the tables for the ACA?

Thanks!

Have you created the year end wage file already?

Yes we have.  We are seeing this for two different clients that have similar circumstances.  They both had HR before the ACA and this is the first year they are running the ACA documents.  The two tables are blank and to my knowledge these tables are what populates the ACA forms for employees and dependents.

And you know that the Affordable Care Act Info. has been filed in by employee? Also, are they self insured?

Yes HR has been used for years and has been filled out.  This is for users that had changes for the ACA.  However the dependents that were setup prior are not populating in the table.  The tables that populate the forms are blank for all entries that predated the install of the service pack that has the ACA.

I have a solution to manually go into each employee record and set the user date back and update the dependents.  However this will take a lot of time for 100+ employees for each company.  What I am looking for is if there is a solution to pull in the already existing tables into the new tables for the ACA.

Care to share that solution to manually update the dependents.  I have one employee that needs the dependent to show on the 1095-C.

I wrote a blog post on it.  Here is the link:  straightforwardgp.tech.blog/.../1095c-form-show-wrongincorrect-information
