Automate product receipt in PO in the end of month

Hello everyone,
My case involves annual contracts, with an invoice generated each month from these contracts.
To avoid manual user intervention, we want to automate the creation of purchase orders, as well as their confirmation and reception.

    Hi Emna!
    Unfortunatelly there is no automatically invoice creation in Purchase order. Purchase invoice number and invoice date are manually determine by user in the invoice form, because it is income information and can not be assign by Number Sequency for example.
    There is such functionality for Sales order by the way. But for Purchase irder it can be customisation only.
