Can't save DocuSign Configuration Entity

Hello,

I want to configure DocuSign in my CRM DEMO platform in Opportunity entity.

I already have CRM DEMO instance and DocuSign Sandbox configured.

The problem is when I try to configure Opportunity Entity, it seems the configuration is saved but when I try to review it, the configuration is not saved.

Find attached the screenshots.

Could you help me please? I am not sure if I missing a step before.

You may be have this reference . Could you please validate your step with below reference-
