Add new line to Sales Order when click Release button

We have a new business central requirement to add new line to Sales order when click the release button. This line should include the new tax calculation of that particular item.

The second line of below screenshot should appear when click the /Release/ button.

Furthermore, if a user reopens a sales order, any newly added lines should be deleted and recalculated once the item is released again
