Hi,

Yes, its because of underscore in your password. Try to generate EarlyBound class using XRM Toolbox.

You can also use the Early Bound Generator that comes as a plugin with XRMToolbox. Great tool and saves lots of time. You authentication there will use the Microsoft.Xrm.Tooling.Connector assembly for generation.

1. Do you have the correct .net Framework installed?

2. Try using "/connectionstring" paramater e.g. /connectionstring:"Url=onprem.dynamics.com/contoso;AuthType=AD" if you are on AD, instead of using /url, /username, /password and /domain

Can you run the command prompt as adminstartor and try?
