    Hi NILANKA ,

has i know opportuniy is the "passive" object of Activity Parties (active objects are Activities: Appointment, Task, etc.).

You will never find an Opportunity related to an User.

Can you explain me what do you expect to find from this research?

Please let me know if it is clear.

Hi , Please refer to below blog which explains what exactly is activity party and party types :

    https://crmbusiness.wordpress.com/2016/12/14/crm-2016-activityparty-and-activityparty-lists/

basically the the filter you using will not be applicable here for e.g Party(user) , user contains data.

so party can be a user only in case of service activity or other field service and here party means = "resources" which are system resources.

in this case which you are trying opportunies doesnt have any activities whos party is a user.

you can try the same filter directly on a service actvity or other entity which has activity of type service actvity where resources(user) are required as a party.

mark my answer as verified if helpful.

    Regards,

    Rawish
