Very low Page Life Expectancy in SQL 2016 with CRM 365 On Prem

I've noticed that the Page Life Expectancy on our CRM 365 server is not the best.... generally MS suggests this be at or above 5 minutes, but ours stays at 30 seconds or less.  Server has plenty of RAM and is not maxed out, plus we're not paging yet PLE is way low (higher the better).  Can anyone suggest any SQL improvements I could look at to get better performance?

Thank you.

https://www.red-gate.com/library/troubleshooting-sql-server-a-guide-for-accidental-dbas will give you a starting point to investigate the issue (it's old however and is far more focussed on SQL 2008 than later versions)...

https://www.sqlskills.com/blogs/jonathan/finding-what-queries-in-the-plan-cache-use-a-specific-index/  has a discussion as to whether 300 is an appropriate value to use nowadays
