Business Process Flow appears on only some of the opportunities

Hi,

I have setup a business process flow that should appear for all opportunities. However what I'm noticing is that the business process flow appears only for certain opportunities, but not all. I checked the security roles to see whether the security role has access to the business flow (Security Role Sales Manager --> Business Process Flow) and the sales manager has full access on an organization level.

Is there some setting(s) on the opportunity level that could be set to determine whether it should appear? (e.g. an opportunity needs to have certain criteria in order for it to appear?).

    Hi Jason,

    Is it not appearing for existing opportunity records or even some newly created opportunities?

    If it is not applied for Existing opportunity : You can use "BPF Manager" plugin of "Xrmtoolbox" to apply this new process to old opportunities in bulk (ref. www.xrmtoolbox.com/.../)

    If it is not getting applied for new records as well :1] Check if there is any script on Opportunity that is manipulating the BPF process

    2] Make your BPF order as '1'
