How do we set our inventory to zero before doing a physical inventory Our last count was not right some inventory that was no longer in the store but had a quantity of 1 or more remained in our inventory as such and should have shown as zero

Andrew,

you can use the inventory wizard under wizards to change item quantities.if planing to set all stocks to Zero,

adjust new on-hand qty to Zero and then commit.
