We recently used /Reply to email (V3)/ action in power automate and we noticed that when the /Reply All/ equals TRUE, the power automate sends an email to all recipients including the sender of the email. Is there any way or workaround possible to stop sending the email to the sender himself and include only recipients?
Hi, We have analyzed your problem, looked for information and found that there seems to be no out-of-the-box functionality to solve your problem. We then searched the PowerAutomate forums and found a problem similar to yours, which was solved by creating an /IF/ branch to check if the email is /sender/. Please refer to the following link https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Using-Flows/Reply-To-Email-V3/td-p/527651 In addition, there is a Microsoft community issue similar to yours, which is solved by removing the sender's email address from the recipient list using the "Filter Array" operation.
