We have a client in California who uses GP for Payroll.  Attached is a sample paystub.  You can see that the Rate column is printing for most of pay codes, but they don't want to show the rate column for all pay codes.  They only want to show Rate for HOUR code.  I've tried to use Arrays within report writer but I'm not able to figure this out.  Has anyone run into this and is there a way to hide Rate column for specific pay codes?  I've only used GP for a year so still trying to learn, please excuse my verbiage.

You should be able to add a calculated field in report writer.   If the Code = 'HOUR' THEN return Rate else 0.

Hide the original rate field and then add your calculated field.

After you test the report, you will need to turn on security for users to see the modified report.

Download a copy of the Dynamics GP report writer manual to learn more about how to customize GP reports.
