Ribbon button is not visible in higher environment

Hi,

there is a button(Run Ripport) that is hidden for one entity, now i want to unhide the button & after doing unhide the button is visible in DEV environment, but after solution import in UAT environment the buttons still are not visible.

correct entity is added into the solution.

Help needed.

you could append &ribbondebug=true to the url then refresh the page to bring up the command checker in UCI to see why the button isn't show up
