how can I generate all sold items by vendor

Hello everybody

just want to ask from where can I generate a report to all item sold belonging to specific vendor

Hi Mohammad,

What is the purpose of such a report? An item can be purchased from more than one vendor. If you are using tracking dimensions, you would be able to link back to the original vendor.

If your items are purchased from just one vendor per item, you can use e.g. the Customer/item statistics report. The report can be found here: Sales and martketing > Reports > Statistics.

Before running the report you can adjust the query with filter criteria. You can add the Items table below the Customer Invoice Lines data source. Then you can add the Primary Vendor field from this table as filter criteria. Then you can filter on one or more vendors.

Please update if this is something you were looking for or otherwise please specify a bit more on your requirement.

I need to know how many items have been sold from a specific vendor

or can we generate a report how many item sold from a specific PO it would be better also

I do what you advised me but unfortunately no result

I find another report also from

PURCHASE >> REPORTS >> STATISTICS >> VENDOR >> ITEM/ VENDOR STATISTICS

this will show only the quantity which I purchased from the vendor

the missing column is only (sold item) option I can't find any option like this.

Hi Mohammad,

There is no direct link between a purchase and sales transaction. I think a sales report as base would be better. When you have purchased something last year and sold this year.... which period is needed for reporting?

I got some result with the Sales statistics report in my demo environment using the same query as you provided above. Did you select the correct periods?

Hi Andre thanks for your help finally I Generate the report by using

Sales and marketing > Reports > Statistics > Sales item group statistics - by Vendor

I added a vendor account

it's working now I just need to add more details such as date sold am trying to do so.

Hi Mohammad,

Thanks for the feedback. This report shows cumulated numbers per period. Perhaps you need to take another report as base document or create a new one for having the details like date sold.
