Bottom position check layout for Cheque_US report

Hi Experts,

I am using below link to setup the check start position from 7 inches on a 8.5x11 inches length. However when I print the check gets printed in middle instead of bottom. I selected number of slip copies as 2. Even if I select slip copy as 1 there is an empty page coming on printing.Any suggestions to achieve the bottom positioned check irrespective of slip copies set as 1 or 2? Also not sure why a blank page is getting printed.

    Hi,

please try below Check Layout setup for your bank account.

    Lay.png

    for Blank page,

reduce your report body HEIGHT to 4.43709in from 4.52043in( its like to remove unoccupied empty space in report body height)

Hi Raj, thanks I have reduced the report body height still I was seeing page 2 when I saved report as pdf. I reduced to 3.1 too. Any idea? Also slip number if set to 2 does not send my check to bottom, is there any other adjustment required for that?

Is it STD AX Report or have you modified it for your requirement?

Because your layout is differ from STD layout.

    STD AX Report Layout: Cheque_US.

    AX Version is : AX 2012 R3 (6.3.164.0)

I have modified as I needed some other elements and some other text above check body . Also my check needed to be in bottom always so tried with removing sliptxt below. However, I think that should not matter as per layout setup even if I had sliptxt below, right?

I suggest you to modify the check report with the copy of STD Report Design then after you need not to do design and code to match the report layout.

Make sure you are putting the current check start position. And as Raj suggested, refer the standard layout in terms of margins and all.

I have modified on a copy from standard. However, blank page still seems to get printed. I did add some custom text to slipTxt. I have removed that and checked but still a blank page seems to get printed always with void check

    Hi,

please remove below marked space (reduce your height and width with out extra space)because that's the reason for blank page.

when report displaying your data report report viewer will consider your Report Page setup(like 8.5x11 in with margin). So, you have to design your report body (Body Width + Left margin + Right margin) <= (Page width).
