Unsubscribe Link. How to change the language of the page

Hi guys,

I added unsubscribe link to an email template which is used for Customer Voice Survey Invite, but when a user clicks on it and a new page is open the whole text is in German. We don't have such an issue on the Form of Survey itself, there we have En-Us as default. Does anyone has an idea how to change it? The default language of our environment is German, could it be a root cause?
