99.999.001 has not been included in the COD but its getting reflected in the TB

Hi all ,

I have one issue like i have created one new entity and all the COA has been configured to it.

I have not selected an account which are being used in other entity but its still getting reflected in the TB but the same account has not been selected in the COA

For example account 99.999.001 below. That mentioned account does not even exist in the Entity (A) COA and only exist in the entity (B) COA. 

but it's getting reflected in the TB.

    Hello Santosh,

    Is it correct that your entity A and B share the same Chart of Accounts?

    The account you mention shows some debit and credit transactions. Has it been used then in both companies?

    Would be great if you could provide a bit more information.

    the account has been used in entity b but if i see in  entity A its gets shown in the TB with some value ,but if it open there is no entry inside it

    Hello Santosh Kumar,

    This sound strange. What Dynamics AX 2012 Version do you use (AX2012 R2/R3 CU8/9/...)?

    Do you know whether some adjustments have been made to the Chart of Account or Financial Dimension Framework?
