Loyalty points calculation

Hi All,

I am not sure if there is an out of box feature for this but is it possible to calculate Loyalty Points based on Subtotal and not Total sale?

For example if the product price is 100 + 6(tax)=106 , the loyalty points should be calculated for the price 100 and not 106

I have the same question (0)

    At my Demo ENV, I find the calculate based on Subtotal, can you double confirm at your side? For my store "Houston", I didn't enable "Price include tax".

    This is my test example:

    Earn rule is $1 get 0.5 reward points, the issue points for this customer is 57.
