could you please guide me, how can i triggered mail while user creation or disabling in Online CRM. I have tried standard workflow but no luck.

Thanks for the response. Yes I can create workflow when new user created in CRM. But I have another one scenario If i am assign the license for disabled user ,the workflow not triggered because its only update the status in the user entity. do you have any clue for this?

Hi Sam,
You can send email to other user/Team after creation of user its simple please find below screenshot . You can not send email when the user status has been changed as status change option has been disable by default for User entity. You can try with plugin may be but I am not sure.
