Good Morning we have recently upgraded to GP 2016 and we have a issue with the payable Transaction Form displaying in tiny font, we have adjusted all of the configuration on the PC's and this has no effect on this problem, Our support company gave us this response below which we tried with no success Has any one else had this issue or found the answer

I did some research regarding the font size for Dynamics GP.

The issue is due a combination of factors, including change of operating systems (Windows versions), increased monitor sizes with greater resolutions and the font used by most Dynamics windows which cannot be resized. To try and get around this problem with not just Dynamics but other programs as well, Microsoft introduced the Windows DPI Scaling feature which I think you were already using.

The only other thing we could try would be to try and run Dynamics in 'compatibility' mode

Hi Leslie we upgraded from GP2010. Currently some of the team are using the magnifier to get it to a comfortable size to look at but there must be a better solution

What did you switch from? This is a common complaint among GP users.
