Hi,
some clients see the "incident resolution" activity as a debris, therefor I want to delete it from the system via plugin. This was working fine in CRM 2011 but has not been working since upgrade to 2015 and then 2016 (on-premise).
Even when I try to run an application to try to delete an Incident resolution activity is does not delete it and gives no error. I have tried bulk delete as well. It's just like it cannot be deleted through the SDK.
When using advanced find and manually delete these activities by selecting them it works fine.
Anyone have had similar issue?
