For one of our client, the user is unable to see the print to excel option or its grayed out on the payment journal.
The user is able to perform this action on other pages but not on the payment journal.
We asked the user to login from a different laptop and perform the same and she was able to without any issue but on her own laptop it that option is grayed out.
Any ideas how we can solve this issue for the user.

The excel is installed properly as she is able to work without any issues on other pages. Only the payment journal page excel option is grayed out. The user logged in from another laptop/computer from his/her ID and she was able to see the excel option and it was working.
Not sure if this is only her laptop.
We can try to uninstall Office and install it again.
Hi, usually, when Excel button is not active, it's because Excel is not installed (or not installed correctly, broken, unactivated). Please confirm that Excel is properly installed on her laptop.

this is not a nav issue.
very likely you have excel nav add-in which doesn't work properly and affects the regular excel export.
check if this is case.
if yes, disable the add-in to see if any different.
