Links present web resource not get redirect to google map app

Hi All,

I am created one web resource in dynamics crm 365 that contain many links related to route for map.All Links work properly on desktop device, iphone but in some android phone they not get redirect to google map app.Please suggest me some code or any setting that should require to enable for open links.

Hi crazy,

You won't be able to use Google link in your web resources. I have tried that and also answer in one post.

Hi ,

Seems this may be happen due to browser compatibility of the android phone try to upgrade the browser and may be try with another browser . I don't think this is related to operating system as other mobile is working so I would suggest try to install different browser and check.

Hi,

I don't think there is any code or settings you need to do from CRM to redirect to map app because it's a android feature.

Could you please compare the android version which is working and which is not working.
