Remove contact email addresses in bulk

This seems a simply task but I'm struggling to find a way of deleting email addresses associated to a contact record in bulk. I've been given a csv file of contacts who's email addresses returned an NDR, can someone please advise how I can remove these email addresses from the contact records in bulk?

You can refer below URL, it was for updating Account records and can be used for Contact as well.
