Most of the transaction tables have a field for user ID.  Typically, this is the last user to touch the record.  If the transaction is posted, then the user that posted will have their id there, overwriting the ID of the person that entered the transaction.

The Sales Order Processing is different.  There is a field called USER2ENT that records the ID of the user that entered the transaction and a field called PTDUSRID that shows the id of the  user that posted the final invoice.  This is in table SOP10100.

    Hi Dedy,

No problem. If the transaction was posted direct (ie was not saved to a batch), then the User ID of the person who posted it will usually appear in the Batch Number field on the transaction.

To track specific actions within the system (not just transaction posting), you should look at the audit trails functionality.

You can only see the user who posted a transaction, not the user who entered it, unless you have Activity Tracking enabled for transaction processing.  To see the user who posted, go to the respective transactions SmartList and add the field "User who Posted'.
