How to connect MSCRM server on VM

Hi,

I installed the dynamics CRM server and database On the same virtual machine.but my developer computer use sdk sample code to connect that,reported access denied,and I can visit the crm web application through http://crmserver/organizationname.I don't know if it is cause by crmserver trial version or configuration.Currently I just connect it in the same VM.Any suggestions?
