Transfer Order Issue

Posted on by 89

Hello,

When we try to create a Transfer Order, the available Quantity does not appear.

The process we are doing is create a transfer order to a location and after that we want to move it to the original location, but the prior transfer quantity can't be use in a new transfer or sales order. Below the process we are doing.

1. create Transfer Order from WIP to OCKERS location

2. Post warehouse shipment

3. Post Receipt

Available quantity to take < 0 even when quantity = 20

Not quite sure what you are asking here. After the transfer order is complete and the product is in a new location, you want to transfer that again or sell it and yet you cannot....is that right?

Your first screenshot shows that the quantity is not available in the specific bin you are showing. In fact the bin has a negative quantity, which should not happen.

Hi, Sorry that this information is hard to pinpoint.

The following is the key code of this value calculation, I hope to give you some hints.
I recommend debugging in the Sandbox to see which step causes the value to become negative.

Have you checked if you have any reservations for the same item that is blocking them for being used in a transfer?

Please check the reservations entries for the item and check if something shows up there.
