Is it possible to get one customisation done in one enviornment to other enviornment without deploying extension

I have a custom function to copy the chart of account details from one company to all other exisiting company this is possible, but is it possible that this function can make copy details to other enviorments without publishing the extension.

You can use APIs to use Get/Post commands to do these operations.

You do have to deploy the extension to all the environments you want to use them in. There are different ways to do that deployment, but it still needs to be done.
