Hakim there is no regarding Event getting triggered so i cant find it
I had a backup for the deleted xppil files. so as per your answer I again pasted the xppil folder to the directory c:\\programfiles\MicrosoftDynamicsAX\60\Server\xppil
but it is still not working
You should not delete XPPIL folder contents, it is being regenerated on each AOS start. Maybe you have removed some of the subfolders too which are required. Try copying it across from a working instance and see if it helps.
Vilmos and hakim thanks for the responses
vilmos I was having the issue generating the incremental cil. then i deleted the xppil files and genration of cil got completed. after that the ax was working fine , and then i stopped using AX for 10 days and when i came back to AX and started the services i am facing this error i dont knwo it may be because of deleting the xppil files or so but i deleted xppil many times before also but it never got stucked like this
Did you try to install/uninstall any components, or have you had any installations that ended up in an error state?
Was this AX AOS instance running before fine? If yes, what changes have you done since it got broken?
The error message indicates that there were changes to the underlying file structure of AX, such errors may come for example if you are missing certain DIXF components:
can you check event viewer and share more details
