I have 3 separate sales channels using CRM 3.0. We have new equipment sales, service (contracts & repairs) & rentals. My question is how to accomplish creating a workflow rule that will recognize when an opportunity is lost by equipment sales, how to create a new lead for service sales to sell warranty or maintenance. Since my conditions are based on "lost" opportunities by equipment sales division, how can I "create and assign" a new lead for service when I cannot check the opportunity entity from within a lead? Any help is greatly appreciated.
