When we create a new publisher for the organization ,is a separate area in a site map created for the publisher?

Once you have created a custom publisher, how do you select it to be used? I don't want to change the "default" publisher, but instead use the custom publisher I have created.
Whenever you create new publisher in dynamics 365 environments there is no subarea created for a publisher in the sitemap.
But if you want to see the list of publishers which you have created up till now by Go to
Settings -> Customizations -> Publishers.

no, but you can modify the IDs of the areas and sub areas by using sitemap designer or sitemap editor tool
