Invoice type box empty

Hi,

I’ve managed to edit and submit Other invoices where invoice type is missing  but one  can you take a look at this invoice please and see why it wont let me change the invoice type? screenshot below so you can see that I cant edit it.INVOICE-ERROR.JPG
